These units are large and have high ceilings on all floors, providing a pleasant, spacious feeling. The enter the home on the first floor from the attached garage or front door. This floor has one room and does not provide a lot of utility. The kitchen is on the second floor in the front of the building and has a nice view of Pennsylvania Avenue. There is a small terrace off the kitchen which would get a lot of use in the good weather. The master bedroom is on the third floor along with a second bedroom and bath. Parking is average. Each unit has a two car garage and there is a little bit of parking on Pennsylvania Avenue for guests. The quality of construction looks good, particularly the hardwood floors on the second floor.
