The location of the development is outstanding, just a few minutes walk to the Paoli Shopping Center and Train Station. Other than Danley and Paoli Walk, I can't think of another Main Line development of new townhomes that is as close to a downtown area.
Children in the development attend the highly rated Tredyffrin-Easttown School District.
Units have good size at 2700 square feet but don't overwhelm.
All units in the development have 2-car garages and driveways for additional parking. There is some street parking available as well.
Elevators are an option
Access in and out of Village Square is via S Valley Rd which can be busy at times.
None of the units in the development have basements, lowering the amount of available storage.
The median price and price per square foot of units in this development sold from 11/2017 - 11/2018 exceeds by a couple of percent the same values for new townhouses in Tredyffrin-Easttown School District as a whole and by approximately 20% values in Great Valley and Marple-Newtown School Districts.
