The Wireworks is a mid-sized condo development in the Old City neighborhood in Philadelphia. The building was an apartment building that was converted to condos in the early 1980s.  

Pros

• Excellent location in Old City. Walking distance to historic sites such as Independence Hall and the Betsy Ross House as well as Penns Landing, the Ritz 5 movie theater and many shops and restaurants
• The building has a gorgeous brick exterior with lovely cornices
• Plenty of light and space from large windows and high ceilings
• Close to major roads such as Rtes. 676 and 95

Cons

• No balconies
• No gym
• Quite close to Rte 676
