• This distinctive loft building features a lovely facade and entrance, 16 ' high ceilings, exposed brick, ductwork, wooden ceilings and beams and large windows that let in lots of light.
• The location is great because of its centrality. Go west to the the museum district and visit The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, The Franklin Institute and The Academy of Natural Sciences. Go east to Chinatown and its many fine restaurants such as Lau Kee, Terakawa Ramen, Prince Tea House and Chubby Cattle. The Pennsylvania Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market are both across the street. You can even walk to City Hall. 
• The 112th Street Subway stop is two blocks away on Market and there are Septa bus stops nearby on Arch St.  Rte. 676 (Vine Street Expressway) is less than five minutes by car and connects to other major interstates.
• Condos in the development have a average price per square foot of $313 from 2019 - 2022, below the $386 average for all of Center City during that period
