Parkview is a small loft condo development in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. The building is recently constructed and of the soft loft variety with exposed ductwork, high ceilings and lots of windows.

Pros

• Exposed ductwork, high ceilings, large windows and an open floor plan provide the 'soft loft' experience in this lovely, recently built condominium development. 
• Wonderful location in Northern Liberties that is walking distance to lovely Orkney Park, Orianna Hill Park, North Bowl and Heavy Hitters Thai Boxing. The area is home to many excellent restaurants such as Pera Turkish Cuisine, Urban Village Brewing Company, Jerry';s Bar and Hello Vietnam just to name a few. See the Area Map 
• Deeded parking in the on-site garage
• Large, communal roof deck with 360 degree views
• Just a few minutes walk to light rail and Septa bus stops on Girard Ave. Rte. 95 is less than 5 minutes drive and connects to other major interstates. 
• Condos in the development had an average price per square foot of $323 from 2019 - 2022, below the $328 average for all of Northern Liberties during that period
