The Parc Rittenhouse is a large high-rise condo development on the east side of Rittenhouse Square built in 1925 and converted to condos in 2007. The orange brick facade of the building is beautiful and arresting. There are wonderful views of Rittehouse Square from the lobby, roof deck and from many of the units

• Large windows provide natural light and excellent views.
• The famed Parc restaurant is housed in the building and is easily accessible
• There is a parking garage
