Old City 108 is a small condo development in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia.  

Pros

• The location is excellent. Historic sites such as Independence Hall are within walking distance as are the many shops and restaurants of Old City and Society Hill. Race Street and Cherry Street piers are also close by
• The building includes at least 15 3-bedroom units. These are hard to come by in condo buildings
• All 2 and 3 bedroom units have good sized balconies and the upper floor units have lovely views of the waterfront 
• Pet friendly
• On-site parking in a secure lot

Cons

• Condos in the development have a average price per square foot of $556 from 2019 - 2022, above the $369 average for all of Old City during that period
• No amenities to speak of
