The Milk Depot is a small loft condo development in the East Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The scale of the units is impressive.

Pros

• Units in the building are quite large at over 1500 square feet on average. Ceilings are high even by loft standards and there is lots of exposed brick, some of it whitewashed, which provides a distinctive look. There is also exposed steel, ductwork and wooden trusses adding to the industrial feel. 
• The units are centered around a lovely courtyard, framed by custom steel staircases and balconies.
• Terrific location in East Kensington that is walking distance to Konrad Park Towey Playground, The Open Kitchen Sculpture Garden and Daniel Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu . You can also walk to excellent restaurants such as Sidekicks Sports Bar, Mural City Cellars, El Cantinflas and Philadelphia Brewing Company. Galleries, shops and restaurants of Fishtown are nearby as well
• Close to Rte. 95, the Berks Station of the Market-Frankford subway and numerous Septa bus stops

• Condos in the development had an average price per square foot of $296 from 2019 - 2022, above the $271 average for all of East Kensington during that period
• No on-site parking
