The Ellington is a large condo development in the Rittenhouses Square neighborhood in Philadelphia. It was built in 1900 and converted to condos in 2006 by Pitcairn Properties.

Pros

  • The location is excellent, close to both Rittenhouse Square and the cultural venues on Broad Street.
  • Units have 10 ft ceilings providing a feeling of space
  • Unit fit and finish is quite good
  • Low key, friendly, unpretentious atmosphere
