Less than 10 minutes walk to historic sites and museums such as The Liberty Bell, The Benjamin Franklin Museum, Christ Church, The Museum of the American Revolution and Betsy Ross House. Some of Philly's best restaurants such as Amada, Fork, The Franklin Fountain, Zahav and Cuba Libre are nearby as well. Waterfront attractions including The Great Plaza at Penn's Landing, The Blue Cross RiverRink and The Spruce Street Harbor Park are also within walking distance.
- All units except two in this building occupy an entire floor or floors in the case of the penthouse and have two outdoor spaces.
