Pros

• Wonderful Old City location! Walk to Market Street, public transportation and shops and cafes. Less than 10 minutes walk to historic sites and museums such as The Liberty Bell, The Benjamin Franklin Museum, Christ Church, The Museum of the American Revolution and Betsy Ross House. Some of Philly's best restaurants such as Amada, Fork, The Franklin Fountain, Zahav and Cuba Libre are nearby as well. Waterfront attractions including The Great Plaza at Penn's Landing, The Blue Cross RiverRink and The Spruce Street Harbor Park are also within walking distance.
• All units except two in this building occupy an entire floor or floors in the case of the penthouse and have two outdoor spaces.
• The smallest two units in the building have 1580 sq ft and the others have at least 2740 sq ft. Kitchens in particular are quite large. Floor plans are open concept and can accommodate large gatherings
• High-end finishes and appliances such as solid hardwood floors, soapstone counters, Sub-Zero refrigerators and marble tile floors are the norm at the Beaumont
• There is a parking garage and each unit has at least 1 spot in the garage. 
• The elevator opens directly into each individual unit
• The Market-Franklin subway and numerous Septa bus lines are within 2 blocks and provide rapid access to all sections of Philadelphia. Nearby highways such as Rtes. 95, 676 and 76 provide access to the suburbs and beyond.
• Pet friendly with a gated dog park across the street

Cons

• No gym or pool
• Condos in the development have a average price per square foot of $474 from 2019 - 2022, well above the $369 average for all of Old City during that period
