Pros

  • These townhomes occupy a unique niche in that they are close to the downtown area of a Main Line town and are priced in the $400s. They are smaller than nearby competitors but nonetheless provide a compelling value. Taxes are low for new construction in this area
  • Location is outstanding as you can walk to some shops and restaurants and to the Paoli Train Station in 10 - 15 minutes. You can also quickly access Rtes. 30, 252, 202 and 76 (PA Turnpike)
  • Located in the highly regarded Great Valley School District
  • A wooded slope lies in back of the development providing a nice view and relative peace and quiet.
  • There is a single road into the development which ends in a cul-de-sac. This will keep traffic to a minimum.

Cons

  • Less than half of the homes have 2-car garages. You can park 1 car in the driveway in addition to the car in the garage, but that could require frequent moving of cars for 2-car families. There is some overflow parking for guests.
  • Fairly close to the train tracks of the Paoli/Thorndale Line. Train noise would be minimal.
  • There will be small barbecue and sitting areas in the development and a walking trail. Other than that, there are no community amenities such as a pool or clubhouse. The basic services such as lawn care and snow removal are covered.
  • The front door and garage are on the lowest floor. You must walk up a flight to get to the kitchen and living area
