Pros

  • Excellent value! You can get a 3 - 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath unit of over 2000 square feet in good condition from $275k - $325k.
  • The layout is somewhat open on the first floor. You enter into a sitting area, followed by the kitchen and dining room. The living room is adjacent to the dining room and has sliding doors out to a deck. 
  • There are generally 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is the master with en suite bath. There is also a hall bath on this floor as well as the laundry. There's a loft on the third floor which could be an office, 4th bedroom, work-out area, etc.
  • All units have basements. Some are finished and some have walk-outs

Cons

  • Exterior appearance is on the bland side. There could be more variety in the way buildings are positioned. More trees for shade and appearance would be helpful as well
  • It could be a bit of chore to get on busy Rte 30 from the development access road and vice versa
