The more sought-after and expensive homes are north of route 30 in an area known as north-side Haverford. These properties are frequently more than a million dollars in price, have lots at least a half acre in size and generally exceed 4000 square feet of interior space. Many properties are 50 years of age or more but they've been renovated and the floor plans have been modified to fit the open concept that is currently so desired.
