  • Multi-functional Spaces: Adaptable areas in the home for fitness, work, or leisure.

Buyer's Corner:

  • Variety is the Spice: Explore multiple properties to learn what the market has to offer and to pinpoint what truly matters to you.
  • Be Informed: Investigate potential maintenance issues in developments you are considering, particularly with stucco exteriors of homes built after 1980, before committing.
  • Know Your HOA: Understanding the HOA's role and responsibilities is crucial in managing future expectations and expenses. Make sure to review the HOA documents that sellers are required to provide you.

In conclusion, the Main Line townhome market offers an eclectic mix of historical elegance and modern sophistication. With a variety of options to suit any preference, it's a market rich with opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Embrace the journey of finding your perfect townhome in this storied Pennsylvania locale.
