This development has some real strengths, including significant interior square footage, walkability to downtown Wayne and location in the highly rated Radnor School District. The one knock is a mild jammed-in feeling when within the development.

The kitchen is in the front and is large for a townhouse. There are sliding doors to a small patio. Behind the kitchen is the dining room and then the living room with sliders to a second patio. This patio looks out over a small amount of green space. Upstairs is the amply sized master bedroom, en-suite bath, second bedroom, hall bath and washer/dryer. The third floor has a third bedroom/loft/office. There is no basement.

There is parking in front of each unit. Some units include detached 1-car garages and some have been remodeled to open up the kitchen to the dining room or to add skylights where possible. The Radnor Trail can be reached from the development. 

Rte 476 is nearby and the Wayne Train Station is 5 minutes drive, providing access to Philadelphia. Also right down the street and a real treat is the Lancaster County Farmer's Market
