Homes in this development are an excellent value. Most units have more than 2000 square feet of interior space, 3 - 4 bedrooms and 3 - 4 bathrooms. Most, but not all, have basements with a walk out to a patio and a deck above. You can walk to downtown Paoli in 15 minutes and you're just a 3 minute drive to the Paoli Train Station, if you need to commute to Philadelphia. Rtes. 252, 202, 76 and 276 are easily accessible and will take you to any destination. All this for $300k - $400k.
Unless you have a unit close to Darby Rd, there is little noise when one is within the development. There's a fair amount of green space and pleasant views from bedroom windows and from outdoor living spaces. Parking spaces are assigned and there is a reasonable amount of spaces for guests.
