This development of 28 twins and townhouses is walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Bryn Mawr, the Bryn Mawr Train Station, Ludington Library and 2 parks. There are still a few units for sale in July of 2018. The subdivision is across the street from and next to buildings that are part of Bryn Mawr Hospital. Structures in the development either have 2 units, one on top of the other, or have a single unit that is the full height of the building. Some units have elevators.
All but one of these homes is over 2000 square feet and all have garages and a deck. Parking is sufficient for daily life and for get togethers, given the garage and the availability of street parking and a nearby lot. There's not much green space within the development but there are nearby parks. This is the trade-off being so close to downtown Bryn Mawr. The HOA fee is quite reasonable at $175/month but does not include exterior maintenance. Drive time to center city Philadelphia is 35 minutes.
