The Clinton is a small loft condo development in the Washington Square West neighborhood in Philadelphia. 

Pros

• Units feature high ceilings, large windows and lofted bedrooms. The living space is open concept and finishes are high quality. 
• The building is on a beautiful, tree-lined street and has a lovely shared courtyard.
• You can walk to The Forrest Theater, Washington Square, Seger Dog Park, Philadelphia's Magic Gardens and many excellent restaurants including Bleu Sushi, Little Nonna's, Brauhaus Schmitz and Green Eggs Cafe just to name a few. 
• There are subway stops within two blocks on Locust and Broad Streets and Septa bus stops within a block at 11th and Lombard. Rte. 95 is less than 10 minutes by car and connects to other major interstates. 

Cons

• Condos in the development have a average price per square foot of $404 from 2019 - 2022, above the $387 average for all of Washington Square West during that period
