Search the Athertyn Condos at Haverford Reserve Below! The great thing about Athertyn, which is a 55+ community, is that it's next to Haverford Reserve Park, with its many playing fields, dog park and community center. There is also a 120 acre nature conservancy with miles of trails that abuts the development. Add to this proximity to Philadelphia and the rest of the Main Line and you can see why these condos are highly desired. The architecture of the 4 buildings that hold the Athertyn condos is attractive and blends well with the natural setting of the grounds. There's more of a private or county feeling to these buildings as opposed to other similar developments.
The units don't come cheap. The least expensive condominium sold as of June, 2015 was in the mid $400s. Price per square foot for recently sold condominiums at Athertyn is approximately $325. This is lower than the price per square foot at some other new or almost new developments such as Pembroke North in Wayne and Ardleigh in Ardmore, similar to the square foot price for recently sold units at Cambridge Square, another almost new building in Ardmore but more than the square foot price for units in older luxury buildings such as 100 Grays Lane and La Chanterelle in Haverford. The only real knock on Athertyn is that you can't walk to shops or restaurants. Additional facts about the building below:
