Below are current Main Line townhouse listings. Also below are links to a map and spreadsheet of all developments on the Main Line that have a homeowner's association (HOA). Properties that belong to a HOA are either townhouses or single/detached homes. Generally, there are 2 types of HOA communities, one that has a higher monthly fee and pays for more common features and maintenance of the units in the HOA, and the other in which monthly fees are lower, as low as $10/month, and very little is paid for. Communities with a higher HOA frequently have more common features such as a swimming pool or tennis courts and the monthly fee may pay for all exterior maintenance e.g. roofing, painting, siding, new windows, etc., on the units. It's important to know which of these 2 types of arrangements you prefer.
